Knowledge Extension Programme on the occassion of NAAC TEAM VISIT for 4th accreditation

On the occassion of  NAAC TEAM  VISIT  for 4th accreditation of our college, the Department  of Physics and Electronics has put up a Knowledge Extension Programme on “ Mysteries of SPACE ” on 22-10-2017 at 5:30 PM in the auditorium by the students of III B.Sc.MPC,MPCS & MECS.

It was depicted dramatically as viewed by Space scientists of “NASA” through a telescope, every mystery being modelled by students. The scientists  view galaxies,Planets in the Solar system competing with each other talking about their own unique features....SPACE and Sun..dancing in harmony with planets. Then the scientists view  the cosmic dust particles, various stages of death of a STAR i.e SUPERNOVA…leading to formation of BLACK HOLE  which swallows ..light,space ship, satellite, time,Flying saucer,Alien  and whichever comes closer to it.
The concept of TIME DILATION has been beautifully brought out as the Space Scientists travel  into Space with velocity of light and return after spending one day in Space to find their family members and others becoming old as many years have passed on earth. The scientists understand that they have experienced time dilation …according to Special theory of relativity proposed by Albert Einstein.

The Knowledge extension programme on MYSTERIES OF SPACE came out effectively and it was well appreciated by NAAC TEAM ,management, faculty and students as it has thrown light on mysterious events of SPACE.
